Firstly, we remove all your old fascia / Soffit etc we check immediately adjacent roof timbers and advise you of any underlying problems, (very rare). We underlay the edge of the sarking felt and also where necessary fit bird barrier combs.

The new fascias and soffits are ventilated and all fixings are stainless steel. Rainwater gutters are replaced in a design and colour of your choice.

Finally, all your old materials are loaded into the van and the area left clean and tidy. Another job well done at a price to leave you smiling.
